Black beans are made from natural organic fermentation. A natural process is applied to this product in order to preserve the quality not only of the beans but also of the sauce itself and give you the delightful and aromatic taste to your food. Because it is naturally processed by organic fermentation it keeps its nutrition contents. In Filipino this is known as “Tausi” which is commonly used in cooking fish dishes, such as the “Tausi Bangus," which is a mainstay in the Filipino Diet.
