Just when you thought our soy sauce couldn’t get any better, Hoc Guan Manufacturing Corporation sets the bar by giving you our Premium Soy Sauce brand, Chiu Ching Brand. Chiu Ching means "The first among equals," aptly named as it is the soy sauce that first comes out of the brewery. It is preferably used as seasoning with its darker, saltier taste.

Chiu Ching is a lighter brown soy sauce used commonly for seasoning, since it is saltier, has less noticeable color, but lacking in nothing in terms of flavor. It is premium because of the way it is prepared as it is the first product extracted from vats making it the top of the barrel quality and the choice portion in each batch of soy sauce produced.
